Can I change my particulars?

You can change your particulars within the portal. At the navigation bar (top left), please log in to the portal (https://give.slh.org.sg/Authentication/Login) via your registered email address and password to change your particulars.

To view your account details and update your particulars, click on your name under the navigation bar.

For corporate donors, how can we update our company's particulars?

For existing corporate donors, kindly email us at donor@stluke.org.sg with the Point of Contact personnel's: Name, Email Address and Contact Number.

I have previously provided multiple email addresses. How do I know which email address I can use to log into the portal?

At the navigation bar (top left), please sign up on the portal (https://give.slh.org.sg/Authentication/Signup) and key in an email address. Existing email addresses in the portal will be prompted that an account is already registered.

You may then proceed to the Log In page (https://give.slh.org.sg/Authentication/Login) and select “Forgot Password” to reset your password.

Do I need an account to donate or volunteer?

We highly recommend creating an account to donate or volunteer with us. With an account, you can easily manage and keep track of your donation and volunteering records.

Fee and Tax Deductions

How do I claim Tax Deduction Receipts (TDR)?

All individuals and businesses can claim tax deductions by providing their name and tax reference numbers (e.g. Full NRIC/FIN/UEN) and selecting the “I would like to receive a Tax-Deductible Receipt for this donation” checkbox. Please note that the donation details will be provided directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the donation deductions will be included automatically in your individual/corporate tax assessment.

Are my donations eligible for tax deduction if I donated in late December?

Donations received by St Luke’s Hospital on 30 December will still be eligible for tax deduction.

Modes of Giving

What modes of payment can be used to donate?

On the Donate page (https://give.slh.org.sg/Donation/DonateNow), select your preferred mode of donation via "Credit Card" (for credit or debit card) or select “Other ways of Giving”.

What is the preferred mode of donation by St Luke’s Hospital?

Donations via Paynow or iBanking transfer result in a lower processing fee charged to St Luke's Hospital. Your donation receipt issued, and tax deduction claim will be based on the full amount donated.

Giving

Can I donate on behalf of another person/company?

You cannot donate on behalf of another person/company, but you can claim a tax deduction for another person/company. On the Donate page (https://give.slh.org.sg/Donation/DonateNow) under the "Remarks" column, include the details of the person you are claiming a tax deduction for before submission. Do note that the donation will be reflected in the person’s/company’s donation records if they are an existing donor with us.

How do I make an anonymous donation?

On the Donate page (https://give.slh.org.sg/Donation/DonateNow), you may donate via credit or debit card and select “Anonymous”. Alternatively, you may donate via other modes of giving without leaving details. However, do note that such donations would be non-tax deductible.

If you would like to remain anonymous while receiving tax deduction for the donation, please tick the following checkboxes:
• "I would like to receive a Tax-Deductible Receipt for this donation"
• "I prefer not to disclose my identity in any public communications regarding my donation."

What are the minimum and maximum donation amounts?

For donations made via credit or debit card, the minimum amount is $1.00. The maximum amount has no limitation and depends on the cardholder's amount limit.

How do I change the amount or cancel my monthly recurring donation?

I donated to the wrong campaign. Can I transfer my donation to the correct campaign?

What are the prerequisites to volunteer at St Luke's Hospital? Is there a minimum age?

Volunteers are required to submit their vaccination records for approval by our Infection Control Committee. All volunteers are required to take the COVID-19 + booster, MMR and Tdap vaccinations.

The minimum age to volunteer is 13 years old.

How do I keep track of my volunteering hours?

Volunteers are required to update their volunteering hours in the portal after every session. Please double confirm your hours before submission.

For corporate and/or group volunteering, do we create an account?

How do I receive certification after volunteering?
